Receiving stock and returns
Charged per unit by size. Receiving stock includes a free allowance on every delivery. Returns are charged at the same rate.

How is storage charged?
By the cubic metre (CBM) per month. One CBM is 1 m³, about 35 ft³. Standard goods are £17.45 and dangerous goods £23.25 per CBM per month.
Is the first month really free?
Yes. New clients pay nothing for storage in their first month.
How much does pick and pack cost per order?
Order preparation is £0.67 per unit. Labels, poly bags, bubble wrap and taping are added per unit as needed. A typical single-item parcel order costs about £1.20 before storage and postage.
Is there a minimum charge?
There's no minimum order commitment. If you send fewer than 100 orders in a month, a minimum charge applies, equal to 100 orders plus 1 CBM of storage. You can start with as little as one pallet.
Do prices include VAT?
PickFlow is not VAT registered yet, so there is no VAT to add. The price on our rate card is the price you pay.
Can prices change?
Prices may change. The latest rate card always applies.
