Ask for a quote with what you sell and roughly how many orders you send a month. We reply with a plan and a price, you send in your stock, and we start fulfilling your orders.

No. There are no contracts. You pay as you go for what you use.

Yes, a small one. If you send fewer than 100 orders in a month, that month is charged as 100 orders, and storage is charged at a minimum of 1 CBM. You can start with just one pallet.

Standard storage is £17.45 per CBM per month and hazardous goods storage is £23.25 per CBM per month. New clients get their first month of storage free.

Pick and pack is £0.67 per unit. Shipping labels are £0.24, and packaging such as poly bags, bubble wrap and taping is charged only when your order needs it. See full pricing.

No. PickFlow is not VAT registered yet, so there is no VAT added to our prices.

We send an invoice every week for the services you used that week. Invoices are paid within 4 working days. See our terms.

No. Every charge is listed on our pricing page. If something is not on the rate card, we agree it with you before we do it.

Receiving is £0.94 per envelope, £1.42 per parcel and £2.37 per oversize item. Your first 10 envelopes, 5 parcels or 2 oversize items are received free.

Yes, at £23.25 per CBM per month. Tell us what the products are when you ask for a quote so we can confirm we can take them.

Yes. Quality inspection with photos is £4.27 per 100 units, and label removal is £0.09 per unit.

You connect your store or seller account to the PickFlow app and we fetch new orders automatically. As a backup, you give us fulfilment access to your account, so orders keep moving even if the app is ever down.
