How PickFlow fulfilment works, in four simple steps.
From your first quote to orders ready for your courier within 24 hours. No contracts, no hidden fees, and you talk directly to the owner.
Get a quote
Fill in the quote form or message the owner on WhatsApp with what you sell and roughly how many orders you send a month. We usually reply within 10 minutes during office hours.
Connect your store
Connect your Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop or website account to the PickFlow app. As a backup, you also give us fulfilment access to your account, so orders keep moving even if the app is ever down.
Send us your stock
We send you the warehouse address and how to label your delivery. When it arrives we count it, book it in and put it on our shelves. You can start with one pallet.
We fulfil every order
New orders are fetched automatically. Each one is picked, packed and labelled, and ready for your courier to collect within 24 hours. You track your stock 24/7 in the client portal.
What it costs
Storage from £17.45 per CBM per month, pick and pack £0.67 per unit, first month of storage free. Minimum 100 orders and 1 CBM a month.

How long does it take to get started?
Once you have your quote, you can connect your store and send your stock straight away. We book it in as soon as it arrives.
Do I need a contract?
No. There are no contracts. You pay as you go.
What is the minimum?
If you send fewer than 100 orders in a month, that month is charged as 100 orders, and storage at a minimum of 1 CBM.
